Evidence from the ground
Verified field evidence, operational insight and the next action — documented from the ground.
Prepared nursery beds and completed precision sowing with a community field team and East-West Seed Nigeria.
The field operation was completed across the Kampala and Minna nodes with time-stamped, geo-tracked evidence.
Monitor germination, compare establishment across beds and record the first crop-health observations.
Cleared approximately 150 metres of pathways and perimeter access using a weed cutter under TAB supervision.
Moist soil conditions, clear access requirements and no visible drainage, safety or pest incident during the visit.
Maintain access routes and continue crop, drainage and perimeter-risk monitoring.
Conducted follow-up checks on okra, pepper and cabbage beds and maintained a comparison bed for observation.
Pepper and cabbage showed healthy establishment. Okra germination was slower where seed depth and reduced rainfall affected emergence; no pest or disease outbreak was recorded.
Continue emergence and moisture checks, document the comparison bed and escalate only if crop-health indicators change.
Planted beans and completed crop-specific selective weed-control treatment across maize, rice and bean sections with a six-person field team and one supervisor.
Maize and rice were approximately 3–6 weeks old. Grass and weeds required intervention to reduce competition for nutrients, moisture and growing space.
Monitor maize and rice establishment, bean emergence, treatment effectiveness, renewed weed pressure and general crop condition.
Reviewed yam germination, maize development and weed conditions following crop-care activity.
Yam germination was satisfactory and maize was approaching its next production stage. Continued weed and crop-condition monitoring remained necessary.
Monitor weeds, plan yam staking where required and prepare the maize crop for harvest readiness.
Monitored the newly planted field and coordinated early-stage weed-control treatment across nearly two hectares.
Guinea corn was approximately two days from planting; early weed competition was the priority establishment risk.
Assess emergence, crop uniformity, treatment effectiveness, weed pressure and crop-health indicators.
Coordinated crop-specific weed control for rice and guinea corn, plus bean planting and post-planting treatment.
Rice and guinea corn were two to three weeks old; the new bean section established a separate emergence baseline.
Track all three crop sections, treatment effectiveness, weed pressure, uniformity and crop health.

Ahmad Ibrahim is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechAgroBridge, a systems-driven agricultural project delivery company committed to modernizing agriculture across Africa through technology, data, strategic partnerships and professional execution.
He holds a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology and combines technical expertise with practical agricultural experience gained through coordinating field operations, monitoring farm projects and working directly with farming communities across Niger State, Nigeria.
Growing up in a family deeply connected to agriculture gave Ahmad firsthand exposure to both the opportunities and everyday challenges facing African farmers. He recognized that agriculture was not failing because of a lack of land or effort—it was being held back by fragmented systems, poor documentation, limited data and weak project coordination. That realization inspired him to establish TechAgroBridge.
Ahmad leads strategic direction, business development, technology integration, stakeholder engagement and field operations. His vision is to position TechAgroBridge as one of Africa’s most trusted agricultural transformation companies.

Joshua Jonah is the Co-Founder of TechAgroBridge and leads Field Operations and Project Coordination.
He holds a background in Fisheries Technology and brings practical experience in agricultural field operations, crop monitoring, farm coordination and community engagement.
Joshua combines technical agricultural knowledge with hands-on field execution, ensuring every project is implemented with professionalism, accountability and accurate documentation. He coordinates pilot projects, supervises field activities, captures operational intelligence and supports project delivery across multiple farm locations.
His passion lies in helping farmers adopt smarter systems, improving operational efficiency and ensuring every project produces measurable impact across communities.
